Baan Sawan Samui Resort - Chaweng (Koh Samui)

Philippe's warm hospitality made our stay special, and the tranquil atmosphere with gorgeous pools provided the perfect escape. We enjoyed fresh fruit at breakfast and loved the charming dogs on the hotel.

Charming small place, it was fairly clean and had genuinely helpful and very amiable staff that is always on top of their service. I could see garden from the king room. Comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning were a nice touch. The location was remote, perfect in a more quiet area up a hill. Liked my stay here and can recommend this hotel;))

The hospitality at this resort is excellent with really good service and great amenities like beautiful pools. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and decorated nicely.

While enjoyable, the location requires taxis to access nearby attractions and restaurants, potentially limiting convenience for some guests.

location very close to good restaurants and beaches and a taxi to downtown chaweng for shopping. luxurious, spacious room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

Loved the cozy, well-kept settings, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. Scooters made getting around super easy! I appreciated the peaceful vibe, and my kids made new friends at the pool.

Oh, the breakfast was a bit greasy, but we found a gem just a 10-minute walk away that had amazing brunch options! The staff were super friendly, and our upgraded balcony room had a fine view. Plus, the three adorable dogs wandering around the resort added a unique charm to our stay.

While the resort is lovely, getting to the beach involves crossing a crazy busy road-definitely not ideal for little ones.

Fine hotel, fine breakfast. The buffet offered fresh fruit like watermelon, dragon fruit, and delicious eggs, while the two swimming pools provided a relaxing escape after a day of exploring.

Nice hotel with fast wi-fi, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. They provided great travel tips during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a restful getaway. I'm coming back for a city trip!
